Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name (if you give one) and email address, so you can sign in and return to your gifts.
• Gift content — the photos, text, music links, colours and other details you enter while designing your gift page.
• Payment information — card and billing details are collected and processed entirely by our payment processor on their own hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number. We keep only the order record (amount, currency, status and a payment reference).
• Basic usage data — standard technical information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics (see below).

• To create, host and fulfil the gift page you ordered.
• To give you access to your account and your saved drafts.
• To answer customer support requests, including help sent over WhatsApp or email.
• To confirm payments and keep a record of your order.
• To measure how our marketing and website perform, in aggregate.

Anything you upload or type into the editor — photos, letters, messages, names, dates — is used for one purpose only: to render your own gift page. We do not sell it, use it in marketing, or share it with other customers. Uploaded photos are stored in our secure file storage and are served to whoever holds your gift link.

Publishing a gift makes that page reachable by anyone who has the link. Please only share the link with people you intend to see it. Unpaid guest drafts are automatically deleted after 48 hours.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in and for keeping your draft attached to your browser.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to understand how visitors find us and to measure the performance of our ads. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends Meta events such as page views, when a gift draft is started, and when a purchase is completed (including the order value and currency). You can control this through your browser cookie settings and through your Meta ad preferences.

We share only what is needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (for checkout and payment confirmation), and Meta (for the advertising measurement described above). We do not sell your personal data.

Published gifts are kept for as long as your page stays live, so your link keeps working. Unpaid drafts are removed automatically after 48 hours. You can delete an unpaid draft yourself from the “Your gifts” page, or contact us to request deletion of your account and its content.
